Turnaround Time: 5 business days

Production Time: Production time begins same working day after order is production ready. Orders received after 10 AM (Mountain Time) will be considered as received the following business day. Please call Natural Trends' Sales Department if you have not received a reply stating we received your order.

Production Ready: This means:

Your order has been properly submitted via this webform.
You have received an email confirming receipt of order.
Art submitted is in useable vector format.
Credit or prepay terms have been established. To avoid delays, please contact Natural Trends Credit Department (801-717-3787) for terms prior to submitting order. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard & Discover.

Availability: Quantity and product are subject to inventory availability. Natural Trends will not process duplicate orders within a 5 business day period.

Fees: Rush fee of 20% of order is included in net pricing.

Other: Standard one color imprint only (no screens or gradients). Order is approved without signed approvals. If any change to art or order is needed, it may cause delays and/or additional charges. We are not responsible for errors made on the order form. These terms and conditions override and supercede any other terms and conditions published by Natural Trends.
